What was your SO's reaction to finally receiving the visa????

My fiance was elated. He was so very happy. He was supposed to get it yesterday, but they ran out of time; he picked it up today. If the situation were different I wished I could have been there. There were a lot of Americans there with their Sos getting visas. He wished he had someone there to share it with him at that very moment. Yassine (Angela) and Ahmed (ELLA) and someone else from where he lives was there to pick up their visas, they all talked yesterday and were able to celebrate the victory together. He had to come back to get his today and wished partly familiar people were there to share in his joy.

It was a very emotional experience for him to say the least. His first words were, "I can't wait to see you baby."

What a relief it must be to have it and knwo that soon you will get to see your baby!!! It must be such a wonderful feeling and I hope you enjoy every second of it. May your reunion be very soon and well you can really share that experiance with him and he will forget that you where not there when he got the visa :thumbs:

Mar 05,2007 Embassy called interview scheduled for March 19th

Mar 19, 2007 Interview for K3- AP

May 20, 2007 Embassy called for Hasan to send in his passport!!!

May 24, 2007 Recieved Interview date of June 5th for CR1?

June 05, 2007 Interviewed and she said he was approved, kept passport and said will recieve in 4 days.

June 12, 2007 VISA IN HAND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

June 21, 2007 Hasan arrived in the USA and so very happy!

June 26, 2007 Applied for SSN

July 06, 2007 SSN in hand

July 25, 2007 Green Card in Hand!

Aug 13, 2007 Behind the wheel test, Passed. Now has California DL

Mar 26, 2009 Sent in I-751

Mar 28, 2009 Proof received

April 1, 2009 check cashed

April 3, 2009 NOA Received

April 16,2009 received bio appt letter

April 24, 2009 Biometrics Appointment

June 6, 2009 Removal of Conditions Approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

July 17, 2009 10 Year Green Card in hand!

Congratulations and best wishes on your reunion and new chapter in your lives! It is an extremely emotional experience. Moh just kept firing me text messages, one after another and I could feel his exhuberance. He had no one to celebrate with so he went shopping. Ha ha. Enjoy these moments! The memories will last a lifetime.

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!

WOW I didn't even realize you had the interview last week. EXCELLENT NEWS! You go girlie!!!! He'll be here with your for the birth of our little one - that is the best gift isn't it? I hope for a speedy and magical reunion with your man.
