Hi guys,

I am a Citizen I just send out form I-130 on 6/05/2017 for two of my sisters one each, one in Morocco and the other in Germany. The one in Germany she was born in Morocco but she is now a German citizen. Any information you guys may know will be appreciated as far as the waiting time and everything you guys may know?

I think wait time is like 10-12 years? :) So I've heard at least but someone with more experience will probably let you know more specifically

It's about 16+ years right now in his circumstances (not Mexico, China, India, or Philippines). Probably longer.

About 13 years... I submitted for my sister last year. She is also from Germany. It's basically just a waiting game until you get approved. =)

Right now they are processing applications from May 2004.

There's about a 13 year gap between the current priority date and now, but they're only processing about 10 months of applications every year, so it's sliding back about 2-2.5 months every subsequent year.
