We will probably be waiting another year to get an interview for my husbands Green card and in September my hours at work are being cut. When you go to the interview do you need to bring proof of income?

If so,  can we include income my husbands makes at work (once he gets his EAD and starts working) ?

just wondering if I should get another job or find a co sponsor or something

Well, you may not have interview at all - most K1"s get their status adjusted without that. But there is always a chance of that, of course.

Besides, if AOS is pending too long, there is also a big chance an RFE for the most recent Tax Return might be issued.. Like in my case - AOS took 15 months, and they wanted to see our last Tax return and new medical.

I wish your husband's AOS got adjusted as soon as possible!!...  but yes, I would get ready anyway .. another job or search for a co-sponsor .. Just in case.

Good luck!!.
