My petition was filed on May 15 2017. Right now the case status is " my Case Was Received ". What would be the next status and how much time it take to move to Interview with my wife at USCIS. If anyone has clarity, please let me know

Well it could be a few months until you see any status changed with your petition... up 4-7 months depending on the USCIS service center you are at, and if you do not get any RFE's. In total it can take 1-1.5 years for the entire immigration process to complete.

Please update your timeline so that we on VJ may be able to help you better in the future.  Good luck on your immigration journey.
