How did you get to the interview without submitting a timeline? Seems strange to get denied/delayed at the interview because of something that should have been an RFE. Did they tell you to do a timeline and make another interview date?

The blue slip doesnt state who need to sign on the timeline?

My fiance and I submitted the timeline with both of our signatures in the I129F package.

I don't believe a timeline is required at the initial submission of the I-129F. It might be required at time of interview.

It's required whenever they tell you it's required. It just seems odd to me that she was blue-slipped at the interview because of a missing timeline. Another reason why it's important to attend the interview in Saigon.

I guess it can depend on who is interviewing you. I prepared all sorts of forms and documents to prevent her from getting blue slipped at the interview but the CO never asked to see any of them, even the timeline. We ended up burning them all the night before we flew back to the States (she didn't have a shredder LOL.)
