My husband called USCIS and asked to speak to a tier 2 officer.  

We got APPROVED TODAY!

SC: Nebraska Service Center 

 

Our 1st wedding anniversary is on the 21st. This is the best anniversary gift ever!

Hi! i am the ptitioner and  I received NVC welcome letter for my dad's case yesterday. I also received the affidavit of support fee invoice via email. I did step 1 -Choose an agent and it says allow 2 wks for nvc to process this and they will send me an invoice identification number so i can pay the fees. But i already have the invoice, Can i pay it now? ( i understand that there are two fees, the other one is the IV fee) thank you so much...

I GOT APPROVED TODAY!! PD Nebraska 20th June, Approval 15th Feb! Happy Valentines!! I will update timeline and continue to do so!
