His wife usa citizen She sister of my wife actually he is my brother in law mine also file in uscis still panding just showing received rfe my pd is 18 may my wife and her sister living withn family  same house

congrats! Our case was sent to NVC on 1/24, looks like we will be heading to the NVC together. We got our approval on 1/16 so I was very happy to see it took just over a week for them to send it to NVC, I was seeing so many people saying it took a month or two for them to send it. Here's to hoping this next step goes quickly and we are getting to the end of this insane process :)

Ive been following this thread but this is my first time posting.

 

Citizen filed for my spouse, PD of June 16 in Texas. Still no noa2 😔

What service center? I know Texas is doing resident petitions before citizen ones.

California it's frustrating since the processing times have not been updated since septebmer-october (one of them).I understand either way the entire process for a green card spouse takes 2 years.But it would feel good when I receive my noah just so it can feel like its moving along.😞

We are in the same boat. What service center did you got? Mine is California. The immigration lawyer said we should see a response in the next coming weeks, my PD is June 20th.
