Please let us know if any case filed in june that went to Nebraska center has been approved. My case was received on 6th June, 2017, but nothing more than a receipt letter has been received. Please suggest what to do next? Will calling USCIS be helpful...

Case received 2nd June. Still waiting!

I'm May 8th at Nebraska and still waiting to hear. The April date from the processing times above seems to be pretty accurate.  If you look at the timeline, some April cases have been approved and even a few in May so we are getting closer.  Hang in there, I certainly feel your pain, this process is long and not easy!

PD June 7th, 2017 Texas Service Center - US Citizen spouse still no RFE and no case update or approval.

Called spoke to a tier 2 officer and was told roughly about 105 more days.

My wife left me in August 2017 (not an official legal divorce or separation so it is still processing) the distance was too much for her I am still here on this site so that when I do get the approval I can update our timeline to help people.

Hi All - Not that I want to panic anyone, I am just trying to seek information. Does anyone know what the possible government shutdown means for the immigration process? I would assume things would be put on hold during this time?

it says online that it wouldn't affect NVC and USCIS at least it didn't in 2013.
