it's so worth it. And start preparing for NVC , since it is no joke. Btw. i wanted to ask if anyone got their case number from NVC and how long they waited before they call.

Nvc already knows who I am I've been calling , they said its about 1month before they get the letter but I'm giving them until about the 10th of next month before I start calling again

Hey everyone, hope you all had a lovely christmas. So my ESTA expires this january, and i currently have a i130 petition with Nebraska June File. I’ve read that i can’t renew my ESTA/can’t visit my husband again until my Visa comes through. Is this correct?

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

Thats the message I got, so I called them and they said I am not able to do anything with this information (case number and invoice number) until they have sent me my instructions. When will this be please? Maybe the next 4 to 6 weeks. Crazy!! I am just going to assume that thats what they are told to say and not the reality. lol

I see many of the June 2017 filers are receiving approvals of their I-130's in the past days.  Congratulations to all!!  I have a quick question for you June filers.  I am a US citizen and the I-130 I filed for my husband in Aug went to the Texas service center.  When I look at the processing times on the USCIS site, I see the Texas center and several other centers are several months father ahead in processing I-130's for Permanent Residents filing for a souse (or other family member) than for US citizens who are filing I-130's for a spouse.  I am trying to gauge our time left since we are about 2 months behind you guys (we filed in August).

So, here's my question...those of you who have gotten your I-130's approved recently, are any of YOU (the petitioner) US citizens (rather than Permanent Residents)?  Are I-130's filed in June by both Citizens and PR's being approved current?   Or are the petitions being filed by US Citizens still in the waiting process/behind the petitions being filed by PR's?  Thanks for any insight!
