Update on Texas service center i saw in the uscis site that they are working on May 31 2017 (i130) i don't know how true it is but lots of people that filed around September last year are still waiting on approvals... I don't wanna get my hopes up but im like 2 weeks away from what they're working on. How does that work? Should we expect ours soon since they're working on May 31st applications?

I would not know to be honest. I know they process in the order they are received, but if there are any issues it could still take longer. Such as getting RFE. OMG im getting excited now. Im 8 days out from the date they are processing now. Fingers Crossed..Goodluck to all.....I truly hope it is accurate.......Hard to believe.....But welcomed lol

That was the as of date. Not the date they're working on.   So it's as of may 31 they were working on whatever date shows lower on the page next to I-130.   I haven't looked but I would assume it's in January.

It says May 31,2017 as of date. Where is the date they are working on? Cause all the dates say May 31, 2017 next to i130? How do you read the chart?

Look at Nebraska/Potomac etc.  I see that it says May 31 but I would be its a mistake and its January 6 or somewhere in the vicinity of that like the permanent resident filings.

Are you in the U.S already? EAD takes a few weeks and then green card next after 3-4 months. Yes i filed mine all together.
