Just checked my VJ timeline and it's saying Nebraska to be adjudicated by April 2018, this seems awfully long, is it correct?

Not sure on Nebraska but mine is Texas and its saying due around Xmas Day.

Guess we can only rely on others updating their timeline when there is movement. April does seem crazy though. Hopefully someone in Nebraska centre can see if theirs is the same?

Hey! So glad i've found this thread as i've been going nuts waiting for information!

Lockbox was received june 20th and we've been sent to Nebraska for filing also. Checking the USCIS case status update and it just says received!

My husband is in DE and i'm living in London. He's coming her for christmas 🎄 so hopefully we may hear something when he's here. How long do people estimate we have left?

Thanks! and Good Luck Everyone!

@Kymberleyreeed  I feel your pain.  My wife is in Truro, Cornwall and I'm in Texas, but visiting for Christmas.  Based on the current approval rate, I know the timeline estimator here says March/April for us. I keep tracking how quick things are moving (or aren't) and I would say more likely we will hear something February/March. By Christmas is fairly unlikely as I've seen no February 2017 approvals in Nebraska yet so I would think November/December we will see Feb/March approvals. They are speeding up some, but still way behind everyone else.

Oh similar scenario then! Can i ask how you were married? I came over to the USA and got married on a whim on the same day his mum and step dad were married haha, but i was grilled at customs last time i came over because i didn't come over on a K1. I'm a little worried this may go against us...

Hopefully Nebraska can get some work done, and quickly! We've been long distance for over 2 years now, saving and trying to get ready for the big move. Anxious and Impatient!!

Hope you have have a great trip over here in december!

My wife came over on a visa waiver (ESTA) and we got married. Everyone thought that was the way to go. K1's are for is you plan on staying after if I'm not mistaken. No issue with customs/immigration for us.

We've been long distance just a bit shorter than you but visiting every few months and all.  Definitely anxious and impatient.  Here is hoping for the best for you!

hello have any June Texas filers been approved yet ?

Just the ones who sent the I 129F for k3 visa, it's too early to wait an approval, maybe December would be our month, I think I need a break of this, this process is like a bat draining my blood man! 😔
