I had an Infopass today and it was a complete disaster!. First, the IO was totally rude for no reason - really bad attitude which set the tone for the rest of the appointment. Basically, I wanted to ask which month were they processing as of today adn how long will it take for me to get the interview. IO told me that  -as of today-  they are processing January 2017. I told her that her answer was not entirely accurate because while I was waiting to be called (almost 3 hrs)  I asked 6 different people that just had the interview what PD were they. All of them answered it was May 2017. IO said that was not possible and then she added - after seeing my face turning red in rage - that the computer was showing that date. To be honest, I didn't want to cause a scene but it is clear that I wasted 3 hours of my day for nothing. Their answers are not accurate so we need to keep relying on this forums and the updates we post.

So, I can conclude that to process 1 month Miami shitty field office is taking 2 months.

MIA69, I'm almost in the same boat as you are. I already had my interview back in July in Oakland Park office. Officer was going to issue me the RFE form (make sure you have all your taxes in order for your interview!!)….but she didn't do it until I filed the case inquiry like a month after my interview... And I had the similar experience with the info pass. Officer just told me to wait with such an attitude like I showed up at his family dinner with my stupid personal matter...

After I filed the case inquiry as a missing document (which it really wasn't…but that was my only shot) they finally issued me that RFE! And now it's been a month since I brought all the document myself to their office…no response...

I think I'm gonna do that...wont hurt anyway. There is a tiny chance to get to the same officer who is holding on my file))

It was fine, passed all testes, but Got "decision cannot be made yet" due of not receiving my file by the officer earlier, she said don't worry all looks fine I just received your file today and want to review it first before I give a decision

 

No, didn't get any oath letter yet, neither the status changed since interview was scheduled!

Did you get any oath letter? or at least were you put inline for oath?

Congratulations, that is normal it happened a lot of time Officer need to reviewed It before to make the decision.  Do the officer said you something about the oath ceremony? 

I passed all tests. I got N652. Box checked-Congratulations your application was recommended for approval. Still waiting for almost 3 weeks.

I opted in for a name change to take off my middle name, so she said expect a delay for your oath letter to arrive since you would have to attend it at court.

I received the alert that my marriage AOS case is ready for interview yesterday (Yay!!) 

In average how long it’s taking from there to get the interview? I’ve seen people getting notice 1-2 weeks after. My office is Miami and my case is F2A PD 8/11/16, RD 10/16/17 and I just got my EAD/AP last week! (Almost a year wait)
