i have green card based on spouse of us citizen . green card catagorey is ir6 valid for 10 years i have bin married 7 years ,now me and my husband have not that good relationship  and i dont no how far we can go together, green card issue in 2013 can i still  apply my citizenship after five years ? and what if we are not in marrige and got divorce ? pls explain

Yes — if you're going for the 5-year rule, your marriage or divorce will have no effect on applying for citizenship. The only effect is you can no longer file at 3 years.

03-19-2021: Officially an American Citizen 🇺🇸 Entire journey from initial K-1 Visa filing to Naturalization took 5 years, 8 days.

yeah you are fine, you can file for citizenship any time you want to without him.  Or stay a greencard holfer if you prefer, your husband has no say over that either.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
