Our baby admitted to the US as a LPR under NA3 status more than 1 year ago, he got the temporary stamp on his passport with the alien registration number, since then we didn't receive his green card, I did two info passes last month and advised to fill I90 for him, I did that and they extended his stamp for another year, they told me that I should wait for his green card and there is no following biometric appointment for 1 year old baby.

I just received a notice for biometric appointment after 12 days !! the issue that I'm currently outside the US for holidays, what the options I have to waive the appointment or if I missed the appointment can I just go after 3 months ! also if I check the box to reschedule the appointment and send it back they reschedule an appointment that I can't attend again ? what is the best thing I can do ?

Thank you very much

regards
