K1 visa NOA2 security check delay, experience with congressman's office Los Angeles

Hello again! 

We have a security check delay for a year and almost 3 months for our NOA2 though there should be no reasons for that! I can't even explain how frustrating this situation is. We are desperate! We sent several inquiries and the answer was the same " Your case is on hold as the security check is still pending and we can't go on with your case until it gets clear". We want to contact the congressman's office. Please, can anyone share the information which congressman's office is the best to contact in Los Angeles? Any good experiences?

Shouldn't one be contacting the congressman for their district? Any idea which district you're in?

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Ya, my fiance knows who his local congressman is. Will try to contact his office I guess.

Yes, my fiance knows who is his local congressman.. He is in 29th district.
