Should be 6 months IIRC :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

If you are worried, perhaps you can call the embassy to confirm that :) better be safe than sorry. It's weird they rejected her 3-week old CENOMAR.

I think its because she was annuled here and the embassy wants to be sure about it, she was given a form and the us embassy is te one who filed the request for cenomar she was told its for reverification. I don't think they would entertain questions

my wifes Cenomar was at least 4 months old at the interview and she had no problem

Thank you. I guess it depends on the consular officer? Or case? Coz a friend of mine was annuled and was told to have a recent cenomar for reverification

Perhaps, I thought the Manila Embassy was quite accomodating

I am hoping they are. Its giving me nervousness now. We over prepared with the proofs of our relationship so we wanna make it right. I am now lifting it all to God

Trust his power, the fact you are so attentive to detail implies you will not have an issue, trust your preparation, their goal is not to deny your visa, but to ensure you meet the criteria

I got my cenomar dated April 24 this year. Is this still good? Interview will be on Monday at US embassy Manila

thanks guys

USEM likes to see the CENOMAR and NBI to not be older than 6 months.   You should be fine.

Never good to judge how your interview will go comparing to another person.  No two cases are the same.

As long as you have everything as listed in the embassy instructions letter you should be well prepared for the interview.
