You are filing for spouse of a lpr, according to the visa bulletin they are processing 08APR16 and before so you have a few months left for approval and then you will have to wait for the priority date to become current for your spouse to apply for the visa, they are currently processing 01OCT15 so you will have a long wait until your spouse can apply for the visa. 

 

Dont look at the processing times for 130 for the service centre as that includes all those who use the form including spouses of us citizens. Use the bulletin instead.

This is a very vague question. You should check the appropriate threads for your service center and month you filed.

Because you have to wait until your priority date is current, there is no urgency on USCIS to approve the petitions quickly for spouses of LPRs. Even if they approved it quickly, it would sit untouche

From filing to visa in hand is 12-14 months for a CR-1 visa in most cases.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

no one can answer

taking longer if Nebraska has the applicaiton

suppose to be about a year but some are into 18 months

and you should know the visa is not a guaranteed thing

it has to be approved during interview by CO at embassy

so have strong ties and lots of evidence mostly several visits by USC to be with foreign spouse

good luck

You are a permanent resident applying for a spouse, a visa number isn't available immediately as it would be for a us citizen so even after you got the petition approved your spouse will have to wait for the priority date to become current this will take more time.

OP is not a USC, this is going to take much longer due to priority dates and waiting for a visa number to be available
