I recently upgraded my I-130 petition for my wife from F2A to CR-1. and got an email from NVC saying the status was upgraded; I asked for both of my NVC Case Number and Invoice Identification Number via the AskNVC website.. But now when I'm trying to log in CEAC to access my case, I got a message saying....

 

"Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error. "

 

Anything wrong with my case ? did I miss any steps ? I have not received a " NVC welcome letter" yet, Is that why it's not showing on their system yet??

I think that happens when they're still putting your case into their system. Did you call them yet? Does it still say that when you try to log in?

N400 filed - online: 10/30/2020

NOA: 11/02/2020

Bio reuse: 12/30/2020

USCIS changed to "Interview Scheduled": 06/07/2021

Interview Date: 07/14/2021 Approved!

USCIS changed to "Oath Ceremony will be scheduled": 07/15/2021

USCIS changed to "Oath Ceremony notice mailed": 07/20/2021

Oath Ceremony: 08/06/2021 🇺🇸
