Hope your Fiance's visa gets Issued ASAP! I would not wish this process on my worst enemy.

Thank you!! I really appreciate it.

Inshallah i hope that your wife's visa gets issued soon as well.

It's a very draining process....even at this stage my fiance and i are just processing it little by little and hoping that the rest of the journey is easy.

@Visa20177

Hi, I remember you have been in AP since Jan 2018. Any updates on your case?

How many others in this group waiting for over 1 year in AP?

more than 15 months on AP since my husband's interview.

Hey guys! My fiance was requested to redo his medical this month. He submitted it 3 days later on April 5th. Since then there have been 3 updates

The last two are back to back, yesterday and today...

We are both on edge..is this a good sign?

And since last week Thursday, status for passport has changed from "passport at us consulate/embassy" to "document delivery information:" but it's blank. What does it mean?

To be honest we are just scared...waited so long for this. Maybe not as long as some people here. I am hoping and praying for you all. ❤

Alhumdulilah! Blessings to you! 🥰

Thank you for sharing. ❤️

Out of the 245 pages, how many received Visas after Ap?

What can be the cause of waits reaching 2 years now?

Any solution ideas besides prayers?

I have only been waiting for four months, but it is crushing to know

that even after 2 years people are still waiting. Waiting for what? Honestly.

Will the 2 years turn to 3 and 4? My wife and I are stuck, exhausted and hopeless :(

I've just come to the conclusion that most people don't seem to care.   This country has been so desensitize and majority seem to have the same thought process.

I've had a great relationship with my Senator but oddly enough when I contacted my local congressman the young man in his office was more interested in how I met my husband and the circumstances of our relationship then the fact we were in AP.  Like he was trying to justify what I am going through.  It hurts to have to defend your relationship when you are merely asking for help.

Agreed and rightfully so too; We are only a single digit percentage of it all. Asylum, Refugees, Border, DV and the rest have priority over us. Reality should be that Spouses and Children of USC s must be prioritized, but it is not the case at all and it does not seem like things will change, at least not until 2020 and only if a "Fair" leader takes control and treat us fairly. Common sense suggests Spouses and Children must have faster routes, keep the Extreme Vetting, but just do it within one year. Just tell us something here. Something to work with as in planning a life, maybe?
