If you stuck in AP due to DS-5535 , No one can expedite it. No one  not even  Senator or Attorney.

If you wanted to know embassy receive your DS-5535 e-mail, go online and see if your case was updated on the day you sent e-mail to embassy. If you sent it on weekend then it should be updated on the following Monday.

All DS-5535 e-mail should be sent to embassy e-mail address. Not NVC

Hy.....I had an interview on 12 June and got ds5535... After that I got 3updates.. Now after 8 months my case updated two times in one is 14 february and second on 26 February.. What is your prediction about my visa?

It's only been one month,  unfortunately ds is the worst kind of ap. Just sit tight and be patient and hold on to hope. There are people waiting for more than a year..... :(

You are stuck in pretty bad situation. You have too many red flags. You did not tell me your occupation.

You will get visa by May 2020 or before IA.

Sorry for longer wait ..................

Excuse me but what qualifies you to say that this person would get a visa by may 2020??

I find this judgment call of yours very interesting!

How can you judge red flags.. What you saw in my case... I have my own bussiness

No one here has the right to judge what will happen. No one should share their information here such as what is your occupation etc. This group is simply a support group!!!
