Got the same confirmation.

I didn’t get any confirmation through email. I called the NVC and had to confirm that they received all our documents and the DS5535 form. And they confirmed that the consulate received it.

Those who received the questionnaire via email and then emailed it back, what kind of confirmation did you receive?

We received an email saying after we submitted the questionnaire:

Dear applicant,

The inbox is specifically intended for visa applicants who have been asked to provide additional information by the Islamabad IV unit.

If you were not asked to provide information to IslamabadIVInquiry@state.gov, your response will not be processed.

If you were not asked to send your information through this email, or have further questions, contact us at https://pk.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visa-inquiries/.

Thank you,
Immigrant Visa Unit Consular Section,
U.S. Embassy, Islamabad

This is what I received as well.  It updated a few times after this but I got no other confirmation that they have it.

One of the members said that the NVC can provide confirmation of the DS5535? Do u think we should call?

I basically called and asked them if they can confirm that the consulate received the DS 5535 form and they said yes, they received it.

What now? They are going to expire your case? May ALLAH help you

No, I’m saying that the NVC confirmed that the consulate received my DS 5535 form. But I didn’t receive it through email. My husband’s case is in Morocco. Not Islamabad. So maybe it’s different from everyone.

Yea call and ask to confirm. Because i was afraid when i saw someone post that their visa was expired because the embassy didnt receive it even though they had a verbal confirmation from their embassy.  Written confirmation is better. But still call NVC to confirm
