You don't have to sign the form. Just follow instructions from the embassy on how to fill and return

I am sorry. But so far haven't seen anyone get out of this. You ll get your visa but the wait is 9 to 13 months.

Yea, i am sorry. I notice from readin the threads, people coming from Morocco have the longest admin processing. Someone recently after 13 months got their visa from Morocco

13.5 months now waiting for my Moroccan fiancee. She turned in updated paperwork as requested this past week, and insha'allah we'll hear back soon.
