@Le212I wouldn't worry about it - my fiancé filled out the same form and we had to do some guessing as he's traveled quite a bit in the past 15 years and couldn't remember the exact length of stays for a lot of his older trips.

Thank you so much! Exactly, it’s hard to be accurate! I sent them another one just in case though lol 😂

We received and sent in our questionnaire today.  Not many questions and we didn't have that much info so we got through it rather quickly.  My husband has only ever traveled since we got married.  Has only ever lived in the same house he grew up in.  The hardest part was his prev. employment.  He's been at his current job since 2010 but before that he had several jobs and it was difficult to get all the phone numbers.

I'm praying it doesn't take long we've been going through this process for almost 2 years I hate for it to be 3....

I pray that you and your fiancé will be together soon! It’s an absolutely ridiculous process! 😪

Oh and also I sent in another document with the DS 5535 form because I couldn’t fit it in the area where they asked for travel info. I labeled it “additional information”. It says use a separate sheet of paper/ document if we don’t have space lol so I’m hoping that it was okay.

Hello is there any with CR1 visa who had interview on September 2018 seoul consulate and was send to AP. Have your case been updated and have your visa been issued?

Waiting for reply.  Thanks

Did you receive a questionnaire called ds 5535 from the co at the time of the interview or was it emailed to you later on?

No I didn't receive such form. Just a blue slip with administrative processing box ticked. My friend was interviewed at same embassy and we have been tracking the case together.  What we realized was that our cases where updated same day and with same time frame and same dates 22 and 24 of 0ctober 2018

My friend case has been 65days now . So we are confused of the updates happening same day at same embassy

Sorry to hear that.

Unlike your ap, we are all stuck in an even worse ap...we were all given a questionnaire called ds 5535...which has no timeline. It can take up to 60 days or more. So just sit tight and when you reach 60 days, send an inquiry to the embassy and see what's going on. There is nothing much can be done except wait for them to return your passport with the visa. Usually visa is issued after a short or long admin processing.  Good luck!

I don't know but that sounds like good news to me!!!

This could be it! Fingers crossed for you guys. 🙊

October 2011: Met in Spain

2012-2014: Video chat + visas + visits and vacations = we made it through!

June 2014: Moved to Spain, got engaged

December 31, 2015: got married

April 20, 2016: sent I130 package

May 2, 2016: package received in Chicago Lockbox - - - 12 days for delivery!! Don't use TNT couriers!!

May 2nd or 5th, 2016: email NOA1... accepted and sent to.... NEBRASKA

And now.... breeeeeeathe..... be like water my friend....

October 26th, 2016: NOA2 [We had waited almost 6 months. Received notification from the phone app, never got an email.]

November 9th 2016: USCIS sent the petition to NVC (app notification) [waited 2 weeks after approval for this]

November 25th 2016: NVC received and created account for our petition [waited 16 days after USCIS sent it, for NVC to acknowledge receipt]

Dec 1st 2016: Chose agent online DS261 [a few days later than it could've been since the above NVC email went to SPAM!]

Dec 6th 2016: Case available for paying fees. That was fast, I think! 5 days!

Took a long time to get package out because... life... and husband's family in Morocco had to travel to get police document.

Feb 20th 2017: Scan date at NVC, received weird email.

April 28th 2017: CHECKLIST. Moroccans are required to send a Court Report regardless of Police Record status. My husband had to go back to Morocco to get it in person. Also, NVC wants a 2016 tax return now that is 2017. My bad.

September 15th 2017: 2nd Scan Date at NVC. Sent for document review October 20th.
