Is sending an inquiry is like sending an email? Because I send them an email the usually reply in two days saying it’s in AP..

I sent another one today.told them 68 days passed....we ll see if within 3 days they ll answer me

Have u got your visa? I gave interview on 20th September 2017 (last year) and still waiting for my visa. VO approved the visa and kept the passport as well.. But still I m waiting

3rd Ceac update on September 24, 2018

4th Ceac update on October 4, 2018

my husbands passport was copied by CO BUT NOT KEPT, July 25,2018 emailed(paperwork) responses to ds5535 back to CO , received confirmation paperwork was received! *As of today,, another update by CEAC WEBSITE STATUS  update change October 9,2018

Have you contacted the embassy? Do you have a lawyer who can inquire on your behalf? 

I think spousal visas work differently... 

But i recommend that you file an inquiry
