October 2011: Met in Spain

2012-2014: Video chat + visas + visits and vacations = we made it through!

June 2014: Moved to Spain, got engaged 

December 31, 2015: got married

April 20, 2016: sent I130 package

May 2, 2016: package received in Chicago Lockbox - - - 12 days for delivery!! Don't use TNT couriers!! 

May 2nd or 5th, 2016: email NOA1... accepted and sent to.... NEBRASKA 

And now.... breeeeeeathe..... be like water my friend....

October 26th, 2016: NOA2 [We had waited almost 6 months. Received notification from the phone app, never got an email.]

November 9th 2016: USCIS sent the petition to NVC (app notification) [waited 2 weeks after approval for this]

November 25th 2016: NVC received and created account for our petition [waited 16 days after USCIS sent it, for NVC to acknowledge receipt]

Dec 1st 2016: Chose agent online DS261 [a few days later than it could've been since the above NVC email went to SPAM!]

Dec 6th 2016: Case available for paying fees. That was fast, I think! 5 days!

Took a long time to get package out because... life... and husband's family in Morocco had to travel to get police document.

Feb 20th 2017: Scan date at NVC, received weird email.

April 28th 2017: CHECKLIST. Moroccans are required to send a Court Report regardless of Police Record status. My husband had to go back to Morocco to get it in person. Also, NVC wants a 2016 tax return now that is 2017. My bad.

September 15th 2017: 2nd Scan Date at NVC. Sent for document review October 20th.

Nov 10th 2017: Email requesting document be brought to interview. Will schedule interview.

Case complete date??: TBD :clock:.... November 8th!!

Interview date : January 18, 2018!!           Result: Administrative Processing      :mellow:

Embassy called for new medical last week of August. New Medical Sept 10.

Visa ISSUED September 14, 2018. :blink:

Good day to all... has anyone ever received a email from Islamabad embassy to do a second medical after the first one expired then received their visa??? Plzz comment

Well on the 24th its been 9 months.. went theu 6 months without a update but yesterday i got a update and a email saying to do anither medical.. so my question is will they issue the visa or just delay it cause i never been thru this process of doing another medical and not knowing the outcome

Thats a great news for you its a good sign. Do u have your passport? Or Embassy kept it at the time of interview? Send your new medical promptly.. Hopefully you will get your visa after that.. Lots of prayers.

Yes they kept it.. but u think thry will issue the visa or just delay it.. i have alot of questions meaning like who sends the email for re medical and after i submit the medical who does it fo to etc

Ok have your received the email from the address something like IslamabadPk etc and did it mention your case number as well in subject of email? Your date changed on CEac it means they reviewed your case again and saw that medical has expired so they asked you to renew it. I have asked many people on this forum which had done second medical and they got their visas ... Only 2 or 3 people did not get their visas and their case got delayed even after second medical. But you dont get worried.. When wil you go to renew your medical? If your passport is in embassy then how will.u renew your medical without passport?

I will pray that your get your visa issued right after you send your new medical. How will.you send them? Have they told you to submit the medical to their courier center or will u send it by tcs service yourself? I am waiting for their email for a new medical ;'( my passport is also in embassy

Yes it had the case number etc and had the following.... dear sir/madam. We have reviewed your case and to move forward we would like the following... around those lines.. and im going tommrow for my 2nd medical etc...

And i have to take passport copies cause i dont have my passport and yea thru american express

How long will it take for them to give the medical? And after submitting it after how long do they give the visa? Any idea.

There was a person on this forum, I forgot his name now because there are so many people here... His Ceac status changed to Issued after one week of submitting his new medical... If you are going tomorrow for medical then if its aziz medical center then they will hand over your reports in 3-4 days. Just keep praying.. And stay in touch so that we can get updated as well. I forgot your visa category.. Is that IR1 or something else

Yes when i did my medical they ask to show the hospital my original passport but your passport is already with the embassy. I can imagine how difficult and frustrating this situation is.  But its good atleast they ask you to do the medical again. May i ask your visa category and i am wondering why me and your wife got that DS5535 questionnaire . Was your wife a working lady as i was and i mentioned that also.

And thanks for telling me that you can renew your medical without passport (just with passport photocopies)... Because I thought that original passport is necessary for medical exam.. Do ask aziz medical center before going for medical that your passport is in embassy and can you bring your  passport photocopies to the center if its ok with them.. I am desperately waiting for any news :'( but i feel so happy for you ...it feels like I got the email.for a medical Lol :D
