Congratulations! Can you please post your timeline from interview to visa issued. if you have received DS-5535. it will be very helpful for us who are still waiting under AP. Thank you so much.

Munazza, how old is your son and when did you have interview? are you F3 category? Please give us some information that might help who are under AP after filling out the questionnaire. Thank you.

My interview was on 7th February 2018, my son was 21 years and 4 months at the time of interview, he was under cspa at that time .  He was the one the who got questionnaire and we also got 221g too ticked with Ap.. Our visa got issued on 26th October and we are in States since 28th November 2018 but he is still in AP with no update. And yes F3 category

Thank you for your response. I pray your son get the Visa soon. It is very difficult time to wait under AP after already waiting for 14 years or more.

He will get his visa soon ameen. After my visa.. now I believe everyone will get theirs. Becuase I was so hopeless in the end. Its been 16 months altogether. And thanks for your wishes. I will get you all updated once I get my visa in my hand.

Yes I will post everything related to my case once I safely get my visa in my hand. Thank you so mch. Right now i can only tell u that i was in AP amd waited for about 1.5 years (16 months).

I got Ds5535 in November, 2017.

My husband has his interview on January 21, 2019 in Saudi Arabia. They gave him a refusal under Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation  and told him to send them the DS-5535. Now he in in AP. Any idea how long this thing gonna take.

Is he from one of the banned countries? Or has ever been to one
