If you have HIV you can file a waiver. I think you have to prove that you can also afford the medical bills that are par for the course with HIV.

That sounds reasonable, I mean I totally understand that work visas are denied in such a case, but marriage related visas are different!

We should build huge public housing projects and invite the all the world's HIV positive people. Of course we'll have to double the tax revenue but it's the 'right' thing to do.

I'm quite sure before the day is over the usual cabal of lunatic fringe will propose just that, if not something far worst or ridiculous, to atone for some -ism or injustice committed by America at some time since the founding of our country. Yea...let ‘em all in and send the bill to the taxpayer! NOT! ;)
