Yes my husband is a green card holder

If that's the case, USCIS is correct.  California processing times,  I-130 for Permanent resident spouse it's August 23 2016.   You're still within "normal processing times". There is absolutely nothing "normal" about Nebraska.

You need to call them and ask to speak to a supervisor, I sent in my husbands I-130 on the same date as you 11/18/2016 and my case is already at my embassy and interview is next month.  I believe that if you don't call they won't worry about it.  I believe during this process you have to be on top on Immigration being that they get so many petitions they will forget about the ones that don't follow up.

When you contacted them what exactly did you say because most of the time they dont want to engage with your or help in any way :|

I just told them that my case had been there for a while and I needed to find out what was going on.  I use to call a few times a day until I got a nice rep to help me, some of them will look into it for you but most do not care.

I need to call more often. I have heard it takes several tries to get a hold of someone who cares. The times I have called I got no help at all, it's so frustrating.

I understand, they don't care because they have their love one here waiting for them at home while we have to be apart from our spouses for months sometimes even over a year.  I wish you luck just keep calling until you get that nice person on the phone.

NO, I started calling them after 60 days. I was not going to wait 6 months I called everyday and my case was done at USCIS in 3 months

Potomac service center usually processes cases pretty fast. A friend of mine also had hers routed to Potomac and she was approved in 2 months. Nebraska, where I'm stuck waiting, is one of the worst with an average wait time of 7-9 months. However, I will keep calling. I am also waiting on the response from my senator. I just want this to be over soon so we can move on to the next chapter of the process. Not knowing what's going on is so stressful. Plus, I won't be able to visit my hubby again until our interview. It's going to be tough.

yes my petition went to Potomac which is faster 7-9 months at USCIS is just ridiculous.  I know what you mean I want this to be over as well, I will see my Hubby in 29 days and I can't wait I have not seen him since January 1st 2017.  It has been a very long road, I wish you the best of luck just keep calling who cares if they get mad...LOL

Yeah, today is day 54 for me and i haven't received anything regarding my RFE response.  When i called last week, i was told to wait until i hit 60 days then call back to request an update.  I heard this request takes 15 days, but it sounds like they told you 15-30 days.  Very frustrating.  USCIS i feel like doesn't care.  I know some will say they are swamped, but i believe they don't care and the current administration we have today i am sure is instructing them to be less responsive.
