Page number = Page number listed in bottom right corner of the page you are adding the additional info to.

Part number = These are headings found throughout the application. For example, Part 1. Information About You, Part 2. Information about Your Beneficiary, ect.

Item number = Refers to the specific box or line you want to submit information about.  Example; 11.a

So lets say as an example you wanted to add an additional address for another employer for the petitioner, you would put Page 2, Part 1, Item number 13. Then you can write in the information on the lines below.

Ok, I get the item number, but the formatting of the info since its in variable field. For example in page 2, part 1 the Item is # 13, but how do you identify the information shown from 14a-16b on the form, would you just put down the info in the same format, or just make sure all the info is contained as required by the I-129F form.

@luvflyfishing2 Hi! Are you saying you're not sure which line of your fiancée's address goes to which box?

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

On Part 8 page 13 To enter additional addresses, you put the Page Number (2) part (1) and then comes the Item number(?) I know the area to add the additional address is free form, meaning you add the information for the other addresses, but its the ITEM number that has me asking what is the item number, and do you change the item number if have more addresses to fill out.  And if you have ex wifes and 3 divorces, what item number would you use for them? This question is very critical to get an answerer on. I'm probably over thinking it, but I do not want a rejection either for a stupid mistake.

The item number is bolded right next to each statement/question item. You do not change these item numbers.

For instance with your employer info, to fill them in Part 8 of Page 13, you do the following:

Page 2 - Part 1 - Item Number 13

ABC Company Ltd

Page 2 - Part 1 - Item Number 14a

101 Visajourney Street

Page 2 - Part 1 - Item Number 14c

Chicago

You just continue with the following item numbers that you need extra space. If you run out of space in Part 8 of Page 13, add your own sheets of paper. Remember to include, your name, your fiancée's name and her A-number at the top left corner on every new piece of paper.

As for the former spouses' info, you'll need to add the other two spouses' info to Part 8 of Page 13 or an extra sheet if you run out space on Page 13. Don't change the item numbers 38a to 39.

Hi everyone, I am also filling out page 13, additional information and read the above but still have questions, if anyone could help me I appreciate.

I need extra spaces to add (i) two additional U.S. states and foreign countries lived since 18yo, add (ii)  two extra beneficiary's address and (iii) two extra beneficiary's employees.

Can I insert, for example, two addresses under the same field space provided on page 13 so I don't need to hand write and add multiple pages 13 to my form?

And still regarding "Item Number", if I am inserting what would be beneficiary's third address, do I insert item number 12.a. - which is the item for street number and name under beneficiary's phisical address 1 or do I create a new item number?
