Received my NOA1 Feb 2nd Still Nothing

Hi,

I sent everything in and received back my NOA1 on Feb 2nd... 

Still waiting..

 

The only thing I can think of is I petitioned my ex wife 9 years ago and that might go to a special area?? 

 

Any ideas anyone?

There are still filers with NOA1 dates in late January and early February still waiting. Average time to NOA2 is around 3-4 months, rarely does it take the full 6 months that USCIS estimates. If they need any additional information about your previous petition, they will send you an RFE, which will slow down the process a few weeks, but you would be hearing back soon regardless.

 

Hopefully you will be hearing good news very soon!

Been there done that.

No special Area just one more step to review the waiver you sent in assuming it was a prior K-1 and not a CR-1 Spousal.

Hopefully you will get your NOA 2 this month
