How does one know if his case is complete from the ceac website? I know the aos details disappear but is it for all categories or just cr1/ir1 and currently in f1. 

AOS will be N/A instead of PAID. It is for all categories and you'll receive email for CC as well.

After you received a checklist you have to wait 11 weeks for documents review, after NVC received your submitted docs again. Hopefully you'll get CC letter after that. And answering your question, AOS will change to N/A even you received your Checklist, but only then when they will complete reviewing it.
