My I130 is approved on 03 June 2017, waiting for the update from NVC received case no. I understand during this I should get my PCC as it takes 3 week around so I have it when i strat submitting DS260/DS261.

Is PCC is required when submitting DS-260 / DS-261.

My current city is PUNE (staying in Pune from last 2.5 year) and permanent is Surat. from where I should get my PCC?

What documents are required for PCC?

Thanks in advance

While sending package you need to send PCC,while filling form ds260 n ds261 form they don't need it but once you filled the ds260form the next step is sending package that time you need to send your civil documents with PCC,about police clearance if you have stayed to any place or country more then 6months you need to summit PCC to NVC,so if possible collect police clearance from both Pune n Surat ,n last main point is if you filled the form ds260 NVC will not review your form Untill and unless you will not send your civil documents so 1st get the PCC..I am from Nepal n I have stayed 2years in banglore for my education so I have collected my pcc from Indian embassy n sent to NVC along with Nepali PCC😊
