Every case or petition differs. I believe mine would have taken 3 months but because I received RFE few days before three months, it took more than 4 months from sending the i-129f petition to receiving and sending back RFE, then approval notice. NVC to US embassy in Athens Greece - 1 month. Another 3 weeks plus before I received packet (3) from the embassy; 3 weeks from sending packet (3) to receiving packet (4). Interview was the next month; visa approved the same day after interview , and finally visa issued and received within 2 weeks.  Yours may be less.

Good luck....
