Do we have to send the whole i-129F form again?

Hello! So yesterday, I saw that I missed to check one box on our i-129F form.. The number 15 question, where it asked if the beneficiary has been to the US.. I forgot to check the box to answer NO.. so I'm sur it will be the reason for a RFE..

 

I'm already preparing the i-129F form, i just don't know if  do we have to submit all the pages of it, or just the page where we missed one box.. 

do we have to sign and date it with the date when we're going to submit it or the date we used in filing our petition?

I had a similar situation, but mine was that I had blindly not wrote in my SSN......... So foolish!! I found this after reviewing all the documents again a few months later, I expected to get an RFE, but they had not sent me one. I had received the NOA2 without any RFE. So you might, or you might not get an RFE. If you are concerned go ahead and call your field office local to you.

If you haven't got N0A2 yet and you think you forgot something you could get an RFE for, is there any way to submit it ahead of the case being reviewed? We received our NOA1 March 28 so our case likely won't be looked at until early-mid July.
