Hey There!

So my fiance scheduled his interview for July 17th which was the earliest date available. When he was choosing his dates, he could only choose from July 17th to July 26th. I really wish we could get an earlier date but there was nothing else available. I'm wondering if that date range has something to do with the intended date of arrival my fiance put on his DS-160, he put August 1st, so that would make sense why he got July 17th - July 26th to choose from. Now I'm thinking if he should resubmit his DS 160 but at the same time we don't want to loose the date we already have....I don't know what to do....
