J1 Work and Travel visa administrative processing

Hi there 

I applied for a J1(work and travel) visa for the second time on Monday  in Kosovo.

At the interview they told me that my visa was approved and i should pick it up during the week days.

I got a email after 2 days saying that my case is on administrative processing and If I need my passport i can pick it up.

It has been one week now and my case is still under AP.There is just one update after the case was created.

I was suppose to start my program on 06 of Jun,so I'm late for a week now.

Any advice?

Hi... what is ur visa status? did u get the visa? Would u pls share us ur visa status?
