i just called NVC and they told me that the supporting documents for the DS230 now have to be sent to NVC and not taken to the interview in bogota. when did this change? did i miss something? i thought the only thing that had to be sent with the DS230 was a copy of my wifes passport.

also, now that i have to ask my wife to get a police report, i asked NVC if she needed one from each city she has lived in, which would be barranquilla and bogota, but the NVC rep told me that she only needed multiple police reports if she has lived in more than one country. if this is so, do the police in colombia give one report that covers the entire country or does she have to goto bogota to get one from there? i'm a liitle confused after thinking i was on top of everything. please clearify, any help is appreciated

gracias
