Administrative Processing-Can someone explain about reply from US Embassy Islamabad

I received the same email from them on 19th October and made an update too previous email was that when my visa will be issued I can collect my passport from the location I scheduled for pickup.

Oh thats awesome. When was your interview? Wait for their call or email. Hopefully u will get the call in a week. Then status will be changed to ready for pick up as per this forum. It's been 3 months

I am in the same boat with you. Your status is showing AP while mine is showing refused and embassy email states the same as yours. I don't know what they are doing. its really confusing.

I got the same reply the last time I sent an inquiry. I think it's a nice way of saying "Your status hasn't changed, quit asking."

Seven Months in administrative processing, applied for CR-1 visa. Attended interview without wife, Consular office issued me Administrative Processing Highlighted Page just after 10mins of interview. 

I am Graduate Electrical Engineer, CO also checked my CV and kept it. In the end of interview CO didn't tell me anything about Visa issuance and replied me ok you can go now. 

May be for Engineers they do background check etc. Its really frustrating.

InshAllah we will all get our visas soon.

No they didn't give me DS5535. I was interviewed at the end of May. 2017

Any red flags ? Age difference ? 

 

How much proof of bonafide marriage did you send before interview ? 

 

Any previous marriages ?

2 years age difference, belong to same City in Pakistan. No previous marriage. At the time of interview CO asked me how much time did your wife spend with you after marriage, I replied him for 1 year. 

Can someone on this forum please tell me, if we contact our congressman and if he do inquiry to US Embassy then how much time did Congressman take to reply us back? My wife submitted inquiry form to Congressman on 22nd September and Congressman on phone call told my wife we sent an inquiry to US Embassy on 10th October and now waiting for their answer. Also date changes twice on my CEAC status ones on 11th October and second time date has changed on 20th October. Can someone please reply.
