Administrative Processing-Can someone explain about reply from US Embassy Islamabad

Same experience interview was onn 15 August and very same day I got email questionnaire regarding same questions which they've asked to you I replied my dates changed frequently after that aprox 10 time last was on 27 september and still in ap
