How long is wait for interview notice from Guangzhou Consulate after USCIS approval of I-130 app?

My I-130 app for my wife was approved in March 2017 and the notice said we should wait for the Guangzhou Consulate to contact us for Interview.  Its been three month now and we have had no mail, email, or phone call.  Is that normal? My wife is afraid we missed the notice but I have found no way to confirm.  

 

Any suggestions from the community?  Is there is way I can confirm interview notice was mailed but potentially lost during transit?  Do they normally email you the interview notice?  I have found no helpful link or phone number/email i can directly contact the Consulate for immigration matters. 

 

Many thanks in advance for any suggestions.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

You can try emailing them.  Reference your NVC case number.

What does your case status on the CEAC website reflect?  In Transit or Ready????

Your case number will be shown on emails from the NVC when you received the AOS fee invoice.

Times for petitions filed DCF in China have been as short as ONE MONTH from petition filing to INTERVIEW, but typically more like 3 to 4 months. 

 

Yes, you are on the long end of that curve already, but they are notoriously hard to get hold of.
