HI

I just wanted to confirm for the I-864 supporting documents. (Im working on my wifes AOS. She POE on May 9 and we got married 2 weeks ago)

 

I need the following: 

  1. Last years tax return
  2. Last years W2
  3. My last 4 or is it 6 pay stubs
  4. Letter of Employment

 

Is that all I need?

Looks good.

If your income is stable and close to the same every pay period, 4 paystubs are plenty.  If you can, bring 3 years tax returns, sometimes they ask for that.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
