Hi,

I (The Petitioner) live and work in Singapore with my Fiance.

I'm here for one more year BUT I do plan on resigning within the next few months to get another job.

Is there any way to strongly prove that I have strong ties still with the Motherland? I currently only have the following:

- Online Income tax filings

- Valid drivers license

- Recent trips to the United States

- Active U.S. Bank account.

That's about it really. I've been actively applying for new positions back in the States to help make my case. Anyone have any other suggestions?

As mentioned in the other thread, check this one out:

There's a long list of things you can use to prove your domicile.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

I'm not quite sure if my proof of reestablishment of domicile is concrete enough but if anyone has any information on this, I'd love to hear about it.

I'm currently working in Singapore and here are the things that I have to show "proof":

1. Valid California Drivers License

2. Active US Bank account (not much deposits going into this account...probably under $50 a month)

3. I've been actively seeking employment back in the States (although I don't know how to prove this because really anyone can apply online).

4. Income Tax Filings for the last 2 years
5. I have a lease agreement (But the thing is, this lease agreement is a formal contract between my mother and I since she's going to charge me a monthly rent while I have enough time to look for a better home).
6. Recent trips back to the United States in the last 2 years.

On point #5, I've been told that some consulates have stopped accepting addresses of friends and families, but in my case, my drivers license points to the address in my lease agreement.

I hope someone can have some further insight on these points and I hope it makes a strong case.
