NOA1 Question- Not getting it

All, 

I'm sure this has been covered in depth but I can't seem to wrap my head around it. 

 

My documentation was delivered on June 8 to the Phoenix address. I see the timeline here says they're on about the 5th.   The question I have is, is the 8th (delivery) day the day I should be looking at or do they add time to transfer the papers from Phoenix to whatever service center you get?

 

As of yet, I haven't received an email/text and the checks haven't been cashed so just looking for that first step!

NOA1's date is the date that USCIS issued you the notice. That's the date that you should be referring to not the date that your petition was received by them.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

The date that the historical processing times is going by is the received by date though correct?  Is there a lag in time that they forward the applications to the service centers?
