Me and my husband ( petitioner) were really busy and we cant stay longer in the phone to call the NVC. We been trying to contact them on our free times but to no avail. He got the welcome letter (snail mail) last June 7 ( one month after we were being approved with our NOA2). He was petitioning me who is currently resides and work here in Canada and my minor daughter who is in the Philippines. This time, He only received the welcome letter for my daughter (CR2) . Is it normal? or do we need a little time to wait for mine (CR-1)?. My thoughts was that were both Philippine citizens, our petitions will be process at the same time and will turn over to MNL (Manila) consulate. Is the interview based on nationality or residence?  I'm kinda confused because in the USCIS, they approved and send approval letters in two petitions at the same time. Does anyone have the same case as mine or any knowledge on my case?  Thank you.
