The income that you described will be for tax year 2017.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I know for sur that i have to file taxes 2017 but i was talking about 2016

Were you paid any income in 2016?  If no, the the answer is NO.

No i get no paid in 2016 , that mean i dont have to file no taxes even iam married with usc

You don't pay taxes for 2016 if you received your EAD and SS card, but didn't actually work in 2016.

You don't HAVE TO file a tax return because you didn't make the minimum income required (about $6000) to file in 2016.  However, since you had no income, it would help your husband to include you on his tax returns.  Since you were married as of December 31, 2016, he needs to file either MARRIED FILING JOINTLY or MARRIED FILING SEPARATELY.  It would be much more beneficial to file jointly since it would lower his tax rate % and his taxable income.

You were present in the US most of the year, and married to your spouse. He has to file with his status as "married" (either jointly or separately) and add your information as his spouse. So yes, you (plural) need to file taxes.
