Thank you! I think I will go with not separating the work, as even when I was abroad, there were some cases where I did still some work through internet. I have always enjoyed having multiple part-time jobs and moving between jobs. Now I wish I would have had same job for 5 years!

Its comforting to know that I am not only one going through the nerve wrecking period of self-doubt and endless questioning "did I get it right?". We'll discuss tomorrow again about the filing time. The difference wouldn't be too big probably. A week apart or so. But can give it a second thought.

Getting ready to send the package off. Going the CR-1 route. Here is the list of what is included in our package. If you see something wrong with the list or if should add something, feel free to mention!

Overall information. I’m beneficiary (from Estonia), petitioner is USC and we met June 2016 in New Zealand, where he works every year for 4 months. He returned to USA in October so we had long distance until January when I visited him for 3 weeks. Then long distance again and he visited me for 2 weeks in May in Estonia. We came to USA together after that and will continue together to New Zealand for four months. We know that the period of us being together time has been quite short, but we hope that the evidence of bona fide relationship is good enough.

  1. Form G-1145

  2. Cover letter

  3. Form I-130

  4. Petitioner's passport photo

  5. Petitioner’s passport copy (copied all pages, we could not find the birth certificate)

  6. Form I-130A

  7. Beneficiary passport photo

  8. Copy of Marriage Certificate

  9. Evidence of a bonafide marriage

    1. Timeline of relationship (we wrote down, when me met first, how we continued to communicate while we had long-distance relationship, when I visited him in USA, when he came to Estonia to visit my family, where we going to live together and what are plans for future)

    2. Pictures (20 A4, altogether 30 pictures. Pictures of us two, us with other friends, him with my family, me with his family members. Have also included Facebook status updates/check-ins and our wedding pictures)

    3. Chat history (12A4, altogether 28 screenshots: sending txt messages to each other in New Zealand and in USA, Facebook chats and showing calls/video chats via Messenger. Have added at least 2 screenshots for every month)

    4. Copy of me being added to his USA bank account with my new name (I was very surprised I can be added to my husband’s bank account even when I don’t have SSN)

    5. Copy of checkbook with our names

    6. Copy of joint bank account in New Zealand

    7. Copy of lease for accommodation in New Zealand from June 2017 to October 2017 with our names on it

    8. Hotel reservation when I visited him in January 2017. He booked, I paid.

    9. Copies of flight tickets from my visit to USA, his visit to Estonia and joint travel from Estonia to USA and upcoming travel from USA to New Zealand. Stamps in passports, showing me entering to USA (2x) and him entering to Schengen visa zone (1x). Also stamps for our New Zealand travels.

What I was thinking I could add, if you’d think that list is not good enough, would be the copies of engagement and wedding rings receipts and sworn affidavits (from her mother and my sister).

Looks similar to mine and mine was accepted.
