No I had it pre written, because Helen Keller could have seen what was going to happen

Not really, who could have foreseen that a 5 4 court could have stricken down the provision for anyone with a prior "bona fide relationship with any person or entity in the United States"  like a relative, a boss, a business.  We will have to wait until this time next year to see what the final ruling is, the court will not even hear arguments till October. 

 

AND At this point isn't the travel ban moot?   Trump asked for 90 days temporary ban and we are at 6 months.  I am sure he has is all figured out by now.

Nope, wrong. Was 9-0, not 5-4. And the court allowed a review by the federal government (that was to take place anyways) to decide for itself whether it should extend that ban..
