I could not find a job within 90 days of unemployment rule? What should I do?

I could find any job on 90 days of unemployment rule. II was on opt status. Should I tell my dso about this. What can I do?

You have to report this to DSO, of course - and as soon as possible, since you might be out-of-status.

I did told my dso. He told me if I can find a job I can still report it. What should I do? Should i find a job? or try to change my level of status. Should i get a job? What do you guys think?

If you are without work for more than 90 days you do not have the 60 days grace period after your OPT expires. That means that the day your OPT card expires, you should already be out of the country.

 

You should talk to DSO or go to meet, and make sure they explain everything to you.
