Hi GC@GC, Thanks for information. Are they asking account number only? can i pay from my family member bank account or its should be my account only?

I have one more question its asking me to provide travel information for last 5 year but i am apply based on 3 year and i never been outside US after getting greencard. but i came usa in 2013 and just stay here for 3-4 month on student visa and return back to home country so do i have to mentioned that i make trip out side usa and it was 2 year long?

if you pay your application fee by credit card,  name of card holder, address, of cause card number, expiration date, security code are required. i think it would be okay to use credit card not under your name;  you can also pay with bank account, if my memory services well

traveling history starts the day you become us permanent resident

Hi GC@GC, Can we upload color scan copy of passport, green card and spouse naturalization certificate or it should black and white only?

Some people go to "Inline for interview scheduling" and then "Your interview was scheduled". Others go directly to "Your interview was scheduled" and never go inline.

Hi GC@GC,  Thanks for your answer but still i am confused because I read somewhere that we can not make copy of certificate of naturalization. So can we upload color copy or black-n-white. and for green card also can we make color copy? Do you have idea? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can. Any color you want. The rule about not making a copy is voided for USCIS purposes and when you are requesting first US passport. It is a security check.

Greetings!

I would like to ask about my N400. I'm planning to submit my N400 by the end of the month. I am just wondering because my wife is now living abroad but she still holds a permanent resident card. I am still claiming her on my income tax. What address should I use on the N400 on her information? My address in the US, or her address in abroad? Thanks for answering.

dont think you can file n-400 under 3 years rule

if filing under 5 years rule, then you will have to calculate how many days she has been out off the states

She's permanently living abroad while still in possession of a GC you mean?  Or she is living abroad temporarily with an approved re-entry permit?

If she has a re-entry permit, you would use her US address since that is (presumably) her main domicile.

Also, are you applying under the 3 year rule or the 5 year rule?

He is filing for himself, not his wife, as I understand it.  Her days out of the States is irrelevant if he's filing for his own naturalization.

He is still eligible under the 3 year rule (if that's how he's filing) if he can prove they are still living in marital union while she is abroad (presumably she is living abroad temporarily with an approved re-entry permit).
