How many files can I attach in each section? I have a +6 months but less than 1 year absence from the US and for it I need to upload 10 bank statements showing I kept an active account in America. Can I upload 10 separate files?  I don't want to start uploading only to reach a maximum after 4 or 5 files. Thanks.

When I applied I could only submit 5 files at one time. Then you have to back out, then go back in and attach 5 more, and repeat this until you have uploaded all of your evidence.  I don’t think it has changed.

Applied this morning. The website is very nice, but also a little buggy. I ended up having to use a different computer to complete it as it just kept downloading a copy of my case on my original computer when I went to complete it. Cleared cookies, and the same thing happened. Then the payment site took 6 goes... LOL, it was DEFINITELY a nicer experience than filling out the form but the site is definitely a touch buggy!

Make sure you didn't get charged 6 times.

after you upload 5, take a look at the bar above it says " children, criminal record, civil record, eligibility, information" something like that (the previous tabs you finished before you got to the EVIDENCE tab, click on one of them and you will see "saving process" I believe, ....then you will just back to your Evidence Tab and upload again and it will work perfectly

This doesn't work for me, I even tried to upload one by one after I uploaded 5, and I could never upload the 6th one. Do I have to file it by mail then? I have tried online a couple of days. Can anybody help?

change the name of your files from common names to a combination of letters and digits ...ex:   file.jpg -------> DFGrydh524dsdf.jpg

Not a problem, I faced that problem before and I overcame it the ways I mentioned above ......one last try : close all the tabs on your browser .....or close the whole browser all together (first of all try different browser ( I used Mozilla Firefox ... try that first ....... if it doesnt work ....use Chrome) delete all the cookies, browser history, and temp files and log in again ... that probably will solve your issue  ...........if not clear everything I mentioned earlier and try tomorrow

Thank you, I will try that. Will this clear all of the history on the website?

No, it will only clear your Log in info, you will need to log in again

Talking about the browser, not your application
